Return Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality items that meet your expectations. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our returns policy below:

1. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, in accordance with our assessment.
  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing choice. Please refer to the items size chart and choose carefully before purchasing.  Feel free to reach out to us for more information on sizing etc and we will be more than happy to assist.
  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return has been processed.
  • All hijabs, once purchased, cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  • This policy is in place to uphold the health and safety standards for our customers.

2. Quality Assurance:

  • We take pride in the quality of our products, and each item undergoes thorough inspection before shipment.
  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work swiftly to address the issue.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at alamodestofficial@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  • We will assess the situation and provide instructions for the return process or offer an appropriate resolution.

4. Incorrect Items:

  • In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will guide you through the return process and cover any associated shipping costs for the return.

5. Exchange:

  • Exchange may be permitted within 7 days of purchase provided the item is unworn and in new condition. 
  • All Postage costs associated with exchange are to be covered by the customer.
  • The exchange item will only be dispatched to the customer upon receipt and inspection of the returned items to ensure they are still in new condition.
